CANCELLATION /NO-SHOW POLICY

The above-mentioned Room rates are subject to Government taxes which at the moment are (20% Taxes).
For all early morning arrivals, rooms will be held from the previous night and charged accordingly, as our check-in time is 1400 hours.
Our check-out time is 12:00 noon. We will honor any request for an extension of a maximum of 2 hours subject to availability. Thereafter one-night charges will be applicable.
In case of any no-show, early departure, or cancellation of guaranteed arrival, entire reservation period charges will be applicable.
